- Organisation: A team account using Sokket.ai.

- Contributor: A user with access to create or manage content.

- Personal Data: Name, email address, and profile image (via Google or GitHub OAuth).
- Authentication Data: Login credentials via third-party identity providers (Google, GitHub).
- Usage Data: Activity logs, accessed features, and frequency of use.
- Team and Organisation Metadata: Inferred organisation name, seat roles, and permissions.
- Billing Metadata: Billing status and masked payment details, managed by Polar.
- Content Data: Prompts, files, source documents, and team workflows submitted to the Service.
How We Use Your Data

- Provide and improve the Service
- Manage accounts and organisations
- Authenticate and authorise users
- Respond to support queries
- Analyse product usage
- Deliver transactional, onboarding, and marketing emails

If an Organisation is deleted, all associated user and project data is also deleted.
We may retain limited data for longer periods to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
Legal and Security Exceptions

- Required by law, court order, or government request
- Necessary to investigate misuse or protect user safety
