Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sokket.ai platform and related services operated by Invertase Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Invertase is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10839473) with its registered office at Banks Sheridan, Datum House, Electra Way, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6ZF, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using Sokket.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Definitions

Services: The Sokket.ai web platform and related features provided by Invertase.
Organisation: A team or company account that manages shared data and billing.
User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
Contributor: A User with permission to create, edit, or manage content within an Organisation.
Consumer: A User with read-only access.
Subscription: A paid plan that grants access to specific features.
Free Trial: A limited, no-cost period during which an Organisation can access the Services before committing to a paid Subscription.
Content: Prompts, documents, workflows, metadata, and other materials submitted by users.

Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Access and Use

The Services provide shared LLM context and workflow management for developer teams.
You may use the Services in line with your Organisation’s plan and feature limits. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

By using the Services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Attempt to access data or areas not intended for you
Upload harmful, illegal, or unauthorised content
Circumvent authentication or access controls

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid Subscriptions are managed through our billing provider, Polar.
We do not store or process your full payment details.

You may start with a Free Trial. Once it ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Services.
By subscribing, you authorise Polar to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.
All billing, taxes, and merchant-of-record activities are handled by Polar.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
Pricing and plan structures may change; we will provide reasonable notice where required.

All applicable taxes (including VAT or local sales tax) are calculated and collected by Polar based on your location.

Account Deletion

Organisation Admins may cancel or delete their Organisation at any time.
Deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all data. Backup systems may retain data temporarily for security and recovery purposes.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services belongs to Invertase or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them freely without obligation or attribution.

Availability and Support

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uptime or performance.
Support is available during working hours with a target response time of 72 hours.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
