Team management

Manage your organisation settings and team members. Owners and editors can add team members.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team.
  2. Select the Invite button.
  3. Enter the user’s email address.
  4. Select the editor or read-only seat type.
  5. Send. They get a welcome email, sign in (e.g. GitHub or Google), and the seat is claimed automatically.

Editor seats require an available paid seat; read-only seats are unlimited and free.

As the organisation owner, you can change roles at any time on the Team page.

Change the user to read-only to free their seat. The seat becomes unassigned; the user keeps read-only access.

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Find the user in the member list.
  3. Change their role from editor to read-only.

To reduce your bill, lower the seat count in Settings > Billing. See Billing & subscriptions for details.
