Team management
Manage your organisation settings and team members. Owners and editors can add team members.
How to add team members
Section titled “How to add team members”- Navigate to Settings > Team.
- Select the
Invitebutton. - Enter the user’s email address.
- Select the
editororread-onlyseat type. - Send. They get a welcome email, sign in (e.g. GitHub or Google), and the seat is claimed automatically.
Editor seats require an available paid seat; read-only seats are unlimited and free.
Managing existing members
Section titled “Managing existing members”As the organisation owner, you can change roles at any time on the Team page.
Freeing an editor seat
Section titled “Freeing an editor seat”Change the user to read-only to free their seat. The seat becomes unassigned; the user keeps read-only access.
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Find the user in the member list.
- Change their role from
editortoread-only.
